PWA is a footwear manufacturing company from South Korea that has established its presence in Rembang, Central Java, Indonesia. Officially inaugurated on November 19, 2019, the factory covers an expansive area of 29 hectares, making it one of the largest and most advanced production facilities in the region. As part of its initial operations, PWA began by manufacturing footwear for Adidas, one of the world’s leading and most respected sportswear brands. The factory is equipped with state-of-the-art machinery and operates under strict international quality standards to ensure that every product meets global market expectations.

Currently, PWA employs more than 8,000 workers, with a majority recruited from the surrounding communities. This not only provides significant employment opportunities for local residents but also plays a vital role in supporting the economic development of the region.
